Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' strengths, challenges, and specific needs
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop effective strategies for supporting students with mild to moderate diagnoses
- Assist in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to address students' unique learning requirements
- Provide counseling and guidance to students, promoting positive mental health and social-emotional development
- Utilize digital platforms and technology tools to deliver virtual services and connect with students
- Monitor student progress and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and accommodations
- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of student interactions and assessments
- Stay up-to-date with best practices and current research in the field of school psychology
Requirements:
- Master's degree or higher in School Psychology or a related field
- Valid state licensure or certification in School Psychology
- Prior experience working with K-12 students with mild to moderate diagnoses
- Familiarity with conducting assessments and creating Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with students, parents, and educators
- Proficiency in utilizing technology tools and digital platforms for remote service delivery
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment
