ProCare Therapy, a leading provider of special education and therapy services, is currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team.
Qualifications:
- Active RBT certification is required.
- Previous experience working with children with autism or in a similar role is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized behavior therapy programs designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Provide one-on-one therapy sessions with students to address their specific needs
- Collect and record data on student progress
