2023-2024: School Psychologists Needed | Waukegan, IL

ProCare Therapy is seeking a full-time school psychologist for the upcoming 2023-2024 school year in Waukegan, IL. The position offers the opportunity to work with students from K-12th grade, providing assessment, intervention, and counseling services to students with a range of needs.


  • Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and assessments
  • Develop and implement behavior management plans
  • Provide counseling and other therapeutic services to students and families
  • Collaborate with other school staff to support the academic and social-emotional needs of students
  • Participate in IEP meetings and assist with the development of IEP goals and accommodations


  • Must hold a valid license as a school psychologist in Illinois
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in school psychology
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • PEL
  • Ability to work effectively with students, families, and staff from diverse backgrounds
  • Experience with a variety of assessment and intervention techniques
