ABA Technician - Full-Time Position in the Dedham, MA area

Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized ABA therapy plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in various settings, including home, school, and community.
- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior during therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to develop and modify treatment goals and strategies.
- Provide support and guidance to clients and their families to promote skill development and behavior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities.
- Completion of Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training and certification (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards.
