Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Location: Willimantic, CT Duration: Full-time for the 2023-2024 school year Experience: Recent RBT experience required Compensation: $30 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavior intervention plans and strategies developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Provide one-on-one support to students with special needs.
  • Collect and analyze behavioral data to track progress and make necessary adjustments.
  • Support students in developing social and communication skills.
  • Collaborate with the BCBA, teachers, and other team members to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
  • Recent experience working as an RBT.
  • Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Dedication to helping students with special needs thrive and succeed.
