Job Description
- Full-time
- 30+ hrs/wk
- Case load: K-12
- Responsibilities: Writing IEPs, individual and small groups, intensive behavioral needs. This would include supporting with functional behavior assessments, advising on behavior intervention plans, designing structured activities, and teaching and monitoring a gradual progression of replacement behaviors.

Job Requirements
- Must have Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, or related field
- Must have National BCBA Certification
- Supervise RBTs
- Must be able to pass a drug test and a background check
Interview Process
- 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Recruiter
- 20-30 minute virtual/in-person interview with school district
- Offer is typically within 24 hours of virtual interview
As a ProCare employee, you will be paid on a weekly basis through direct deposit. Your hourly rate will be dependent upon your experience and education.
