Bingen, WA | Board Certified Behavior Analyst | Upcoming School Year

ProCare Therapy, a leading provider of educational staffing solutions, is currently seeking a dedicated and passionate School BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for students with special needs.
• Provide training and consultation to teachers, staff, and parents to ensure effective implementation of behavior support plans.
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports to track student outcomes.
• Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA).

Qualifications:

• Valid BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field.
• Previous experience working as a BCBA in a school or educational setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with various stakeholders.
