ProCare Therapy is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. This is a full-time position located in the Cherry Valley, CA area, with a focus on providing services to students in grades K-12. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for RBT supervision, writing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and performing basic BCBA tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
  • Provide direct ABA therapy services to students with diverse needs
  • Oversee Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and provide supervision and guidance
  • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to develop and implement effective behavior management strategies
  • Write and review Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards
  • Collect and analyze data to measure progress and make data-driven decisions
  • Conduct staff training and professional development workshops

Requirements:

  • Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA)
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Experience working with children and adolescents in a school or clinical setting
  • Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles and methodologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team
  • Proficiency in conducting functional behavior assessments and designing behavior intervention plans
  • Experience writing and reviewing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Familiarity with RBT supervision and training
