Caseload: Elementary Intervention Classroom
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Provide training and support to teachers, paraprofessionals, and staff on behavior management strategies.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
- Monitor and track student progress and make data-driven decisions.
- Conduct staff and parent training to ensure consistency in behavior management techniques.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Florida Department of Health licensure as a BCBA.
- Experience working in an educational setting, preferably with elementary school-age students.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Dedication to promoting a positive and inclusive school environment.
