Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - 2 Openings - Macclenny, FL

Location: Macclenny, FL

Hours: Full-Time

Caseload: Elementary Intervention Classroom

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Provide training and support to teachers, paraprofessionals, and staff on behavior management strategies.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
• Monitor and track student progress and make data-driven decisions.
• Conduct staff and parent training to ensure consistency in behavior management techniques.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Florida Department of Health licensure as a BCBA.
• Experience working in an educational setting, preferably with elementary school-age students.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Dedication to promoting a positive and inclusive school environment.
