We are seeking a qualified Board-Certified Behavior Analyst in Harvard, Illinois. You will play a crucial role in assessing and implementing behavior intervention plans, as well as training and supporting a team of behavior technicians.
Job Details:

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for programming and creation of behavioral goals for students coming into the program.
- Conducting assessments to identify the specific behavioral needs of students.
- Performing FBAs to determine the function or purpose of a student's challenging behavior. This involves identifying antecedents, behaviors, and consequences to develop effective behavior intervention plans.
- Developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) to address challenging behaviors.
- Continuously collecting data on student behavior to track progress and make data-driven decisions.
Qualifications:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Active Professional Educators License (PEL) as a BCBA.
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience working as a BCBA, preferably in a school or clinical setting.
