Job Description

• Onsite
• Full-time  
• Elementary
• Collaborate with district staff and families with effective and supportive communication
• Provide intentional support to students and staff 
• Plan for and monitor student behavioral support and needs and familiar with crisis intervention strategies 
• Complete observations and give feedback; no IEP meetings are required at the moment

 Job Requirements

• Master's in Education/Special Education is required
• National Certificate in BCBA
• Must be able to pass a drug and background check  

Interview Process

• 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Recruiter
• 20-30 minute virtual/in-person interview with school district
• Offer is typically within 24 hours of virtual interview
