Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Opening in Odessa, DE
ProCare Therapy is working with a school district that is located in Odessa, DE. We are looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join their team for the 2023-2024 school year.

Job Type: Contract BCBA
- Full Time: 37.5 hours/week
- Middle school and high school caseloads available
- Caseloads will be assigned based on experience and preference
- More details of position will be discussed on an interview with the Director of Special Education
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify the underlying causes of challenging behaviors.
- Develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment findings.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to implement behavior interventions and strategies.
- Monitor and track student progress, adjusting interventions as needed.
- Provide training and support to school staff and parents on behavior management techniques.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of interventions and assessments.
- Stay current on the latest research and best practices in applied behavior analysis (ABA).
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Experience working with children or adolescents in a school or clinical setting.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of ABA principles and evidence-based practices.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse students and families.
- State licensure or certification, if required.
- Previous school experience in preferred
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check

- 20-30 Minute virtual interview directly with the school district
- Offer is typically within 24-48 hours of the virtual interview
