Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) School Position | Bonifay, FL

Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students with diverse needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and other school staff to implement behavior intervention strategies.
- Provide training and support to school personnel on behavior management techniques and strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of behavior intervention plans, making adjustments as needed.
- Collect and analyze data to track student progress and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure consistency in behavior management strategies between school and home.
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation of student progress and behavior plans.

Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Florida BCBA licensure or ability to obtain licensure.
- Experience working with K-12th grade students preferred.
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Dedication to improving the lives of students with behavioral challenges.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing situations and caseloads.
