Position Overview:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior analyst for a contract position in our school district! In this role, you will design, implement, and oversee behavior intervention plans using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. You will be working with a PreK-12 caseload on-site. The classroom will focus on a RISE (Autism Self Contained) program across multiple classrooms. You will collaborate with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to achieve meaningful outcomes.
Responsibilities:.
- Assess, diagnose, and treat mental and emotional disorders of individuals through observation, interview, and psychological tests.
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs). Ensure plans are evidence-based and adhere to best practices in ABA.
- Oversee data collection and ensure accuracy. Prepare progress reports and make recommendations for ongoing interventions.
- Follow the ethical guidelines and standards of the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Stay informed about current research and advancements in ABA.
Pay and Benefits:
- $56-$61 hourly pay range. Pay is dependent on experience and school district’s budget.

Qualifications:
- BCBA National Certification (active)
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or related field.
- Bachelor’s degree is accepted if you have an active BCBA License
- Experience in behavior analysis, preferably in clinical or educational settings.
Additional Requirements:
- Successful completion of a background check and obtaining necessary clearances.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required.
