Board-Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) School Opportunity – Kent, CT
Sunbelt has partnered with a supportive school district in the Kent, CT area that needs a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst for an open School position. This district is looking for someone to start at the beginning of the 2023-2024 school year assist with their behavior needs for the full of the school year.

Job specifics:

• Full-time, onsite, Monday – Friday, 35 – 37.5hrs/wk
• Part-time summer work is also available, 25-30hrs/wk
• Caseload: Varies - Mild to Moderate, PreK - 8
• Review documentation and data collection and provide feedback as needed and conduct functional behavior assessments.
• Write and maintain positive behavior support plans
• Oversee assessments, plan development, and ongoing program data analysis to ensure maximum student progress
• Applying principals of ABA, administers and conducts implementation of behavioral assessment measures, behavior intervention plans, etc.

Requirements:

• Must have active CT BCBA license/certificate.
• Previous school experienced preferred but not required.
• Must be comfortable and experienced working with children exhibiting profound autistic behaviors.
• Must be able to pass a background check and pass a drug screening.
