Job Description:

• Full 2023-2024 School Year 
• Full Time
• K-12th Grade
• Prior experience working in schools (IEPs, Assessments and Counseling) 
• General school psych duties (indirect/direct services)
• Very supportive school district
• More details to be discussed during zoom interview process

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations to determine students' academic, behavioral, emotional, and social strengths and needs
• Develop and implement evidence-based interventions and strategies to improve students' academic and social-emotional functioning
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create positive learning environments and support student success
• Provide crisis intervention and counseling services to students as needed
• Participate in school-wide initiatives to promote positive behavior support, mental health awareness, and academic achievement
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation of all services provided

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution
• Active California State School Psychologist License or eligibility for licensure
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices for assessment, intervention, and consultation in schools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations

Salary:
Hourly pay starting at $52-58; pay ranges based on experience, education and school budget.
