Blazerworks, in collaboration with the local school district, is actively seeking a dedicated and passionate Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapist to join our team in Sheldon, TX. Job Responsibilities:
- Implement ABA strategies and interventions to support the academic and behavioral success of students.
- Collaborate with school personnel, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized behavior plans.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make data-driven decisions.
- Conduct assessments to identify areas of need and develop appropriate intervention plans.
- Provide direct one-on-one or small-group instruction as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
- ABA certification or relevant experience in implementing ABA strategies.
- Previous experience working with children in an educational or therapeutic setting.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to adapt interventions to meet the individual needs of students.
