School Board Certified Behavior Analyst [BCBA] Opening - Full Time

We are looking for a few Board-Certified Behavior Specialist in Algonquin, IL! I have partnered with an amazingly supportive school district that is looking for a new passionate BCBA to be a part of their family.  The school is looking to hire for the immediate school year with intent to extend through next school year. Job Details:

• Full-time: 37.5-40 hrs/wk, M-F
• Caseload: PK-12th Grade students with mild to severe behavioral needs - district wide support based on experience
• Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Supporting Guidance Counselors, Teachers, and Psychologists in conducting assessments and planning to ensure maximum student progress
  • Working with other Behavior Support Team specialists to identify starting points with interfering behaviors in Gen. Ed classrooms
  • Analyzing student behaviors
  • Coaching other staff members on how to work with students who have behavior concerns
  • Creating and writing behavior support plans for students in both Special Ed and Gen Ed 

Qualifications:

• Must have BCBA National Certification
• Ideal candidate will have at least one year experience
• Must have active licensure and school state requirements in IL
• Must pass drug screen and background check
