Job Title: Full-Time School Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Inglewood, CA 

Overview: Join our dedicated team in Inglewood, CA as a Full-Time School Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). This is a temporary position available until the end of the school year, providing an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students with diverse learning needs.


  • Implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
  • Provide one-on-one support to students, focusing on skill development and behavior management.
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents to ensure consistency in behavior strategies across settings.
  • Collect and record data on student behavior to track progress and adjust intervention plans as needed.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of individualized education plans (IEPs).


  • Must hold a valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
  • Previous experience working with children or adolescents with autism or related developmental disorders is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a school-based team environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of students.
