 Full-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for Palo Alto Schools

ProCare Therapy is seeking a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for the 2023/2024 school year in Palo Alto, California. As an RBT, you will work directly with students in Pre-School through High School to help them develop social, communication, and behavioral skills.

Responsibilities:

• Implementing behavior plans under the direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collecting data on student progress and behavior
• Providing feedback to the BCBA and other team members
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success

Requirements:

• Active RBT certification
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field
• Experience working with children with special needs
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

ProCare Therapy offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $25-$35 per hour based on experience. This is a full-time position with work hours of 8AM-3:30PM, Monday through Friday, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch. The position begins on August 9th, 2023 and ends on May 30th, 2024.
