Education Level: High School (Experience with students exhibiting aggressive behaviors preferred)
Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and qualified School-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work in a high school setting with students displaying aggressive behaviors. This is a full-time contract position in the state of South Carolina.
Responsibilities:
- Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies to support high school students with aggressive behaviors.
- Collaborate with school staff and other professionals to develop and implement behavior intervention plans.
- Provide direct support and behavior management within the educational setting.
- Document and maintain accurate records of student progress.
Requirements:
- RBT certification.
- Experience working with high school students, particularly those with aggressive behaviors.
- Strong understanding and application of Applied Behavior Analysis principles.
- Ability to work collaboratively with school staff and other professionals.
