Full Time School Based BCBA - Martinsburg, WV

Are you a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) seeking a rewarding opportunity in Martinsburg, WV? We are currently looking for a full-time BCBA to provide on-site behavior analysis services.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Provide direct supervision and training to Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to create individualized treatment plans.
• Implement data collection and analysis to track progress and adjust interventions accordingly.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in behavior analysis.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Current West Virginia state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Ability to work on-site in Martinsburg, WV.

Hourly Pay: Competitive hourly rate based on experience and qualifications.
