Sunbelt is currently seeking a Licensed School Psychologist to assist a local district near Walnut Creek, CA. As a School Psychologist, you will be responsible for conducting evaluations and assessments to help students reach their academic, emotional, and behavioral potential. You will also collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop strategies that support students’ success.
Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of students to identify learning and behavioral difficulties.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with disabilities.
• Provide consultation to teachers, administrators, and parents on effective teaching strategies, behavior management techniques, and interventions.
• Conduct research on effective practices for improving student outcomes.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to review student progress and plan interventions.
• Provide crisis intervention and counseling services to students as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of evaluations, assessments, and interventions.

Job Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
• Active CA License to practice as a School Psychologist.
