School-Based BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) 

Soliant has partnered with a school district in the Cary, IL area seeking a dedicated BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) to start this upcoming 2023/2024 school year. 

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and administrators to create and implement individualized behavior intervention plans for students on the autism spectrum.
  • Train and support instructional staff in implementing evidence-based strategies and techniques for students in Gen Ed and Special Ed settings. 
  • Attend and actively participate in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings to contribute behavioral expertise and ensure appropriate support for students.
  • Collaborate with parents/guardians to provide information, resources, and support related to behavior management and interventions.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, special education) is required.
  • Board Certification through the BACB.
  • Knowledgeable in the fields of autism and neurological disorders.

Start and end date: ASAP to 5/22/2024

Competitive and negotiable hourly rate will be determined based on experience of applicant, as well as school budget. Applicant will not be paid when school is closed. Off on weekends, evenings and school holidays. 
W2 contracted position - contract renewals are available if desired!
