School-Based BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
Soliant has partnered with a school district in the Morgan Hill, CA area seeking a dedicated and experienced BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) to start this upcoming 2023/2024 school year.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and administrators to create and implement individualized behavior intervention plans for students on the autism spectrum.
- Train and support instructional staff in implementing evidence-based strategies and techniques for students with autism.
- Provide ongoing coaching, modeling, and feedback to the special education team regarding effective behavior management strategies.
- Attend and actively participate in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings to contribute behavioral expertise and ensure appropriate support for students.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and make data-driven decisions to inform instructional practices.
- Collaborate with parents/guardians to provide information, resources, and support related to behavior management and interventions.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, special education) is required.
- Able to attends students’ IEP meeting as needed.
- BCBA certification.
- Knowledgeable in the fields of autism and neurological disorders.

- 32.5 hours per week when school is in session, Monday - Friday.
Competitive and negotiable hourly rate will be determined based on experience of applicant, as well as school budget. Applicant will not be paid when school is closed. Off on weekends, evenings and school holidays.
