We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team for a district-wide position in Portland, ME. This role involves working with a diverse K-12th caseload within the district.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to create comprehensive behavior support strategies
- Provide training and support to staff and caregivers
- Monitor and analyze behavioral data to track progress and make necessary adjustments
Requirements:
- National BCBA certification
- Experience working with K-12th grade students
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective behavior intervention plans
- Knowledge of data collection and analysis methods
