About Us: We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team and contribute to the success and development of our students.
- Work closely with teachers, support staff, and other professionals to implement behavior intervention plans.
- Provide one-on-one support to students with behavioral challenges.
- Collect and analyze data on student behavior and progress.
- Collaborate with the special education team to develop and implement individualized strategies.
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
- Experience working with students in an educational setting.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to follow behavior intervention plans and adapt strategies as needed.
- Passion for working with students with diverse learning needs.
- RBT Certification
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
- Availability for a full-time position until the end of the school year
