Job Description: ProCare Therapy has an open contract position for a School Psychologist for the remaining of the 2023-2024 school year!
Details:
- Full-Time, Two Sites, Elementary
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify and address students' academic, social, and emotional needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to develop and implement effective intervention strategies and individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Provide counseling and crisis intervention support to students.
- Assist in the development of school-wide programs and initiatives to promote positive mental health and social-emotional well-being.
Qualifications:
- Professional Educator License (PEL) in School Psychology.
- Illinois State License in School Psychology.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to school psychology in Illinois.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
