Position Overview: As a Virtual School Psychologist, you'll be the friendly face on the screen, making sure students' mental health and academics are A-OK. You'll collaborate with educators, parents, and students in a virtual playground, creating a nurturing and inclusive learning space. Your skills will be crucial in assessing students' needs, providing counseling, and helping them grow emotionally and academically.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual assessments to understand students' academic and emotional needs.
• Team up with educators, parents, and administrators to create Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and behavior intervention strategies.
• Offer virtual counseling and support services, helping students tackle various emotional and behavioral challenges.
• Keep tabs on students' progress and tweak your approach when needed.
• Join virtual IEP meetings and contribute your insights to craft effective intervention plans.
• Provide guidance and resources to parents and caregivers to support their child's well-being.
• Stay in the know about the latest trends and best practices in school psychology.

Qualifications:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
• Indiana School Psychologist licensure or the ability to obtain it.
• Strong virtual communication skills.
• Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for student success.
• The ability to work independently and manage a virtual caseload effectively.
