Mental Health Assistant
Overview | Our school district located in Folcroft, Pennsylvania is hiring two Mental Health Assistants / Personal Care Assistants for the full 2022-2023 school year. With the school year right around the corner, we are scheduling virtual interviews as soon as possible.
Position Summary
- Full-time
- Monday-Friday
- 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM
- Start Date: September 6, 2022
Caseload Specifics
- Nonverbal male high school student
- 2 PCAs working one-on-one with the student
- Student needs assistance to and from school
Imperative Position Requirements
- Prefer candidates that are trained in de-escalation and restraint.
- Must have experience working with a nonverbal student.
- Must pass a drug test before the start date to be eligible for the position.
- Must have the ability to pass a background check.
