ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and adolescents with special needs while working in an educational setting.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students.
- Provide training and supervision to support staff and educators.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of behavioral interventions.
Requirements:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Alabama state licensure as a BCBA.
- Master's Degree or Higher
- Experience working in a school-based setting is preferred, but not required.
