Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Location: Alamo, CA
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Alamo, CA. As an RBT, you will play a crucial role in providing applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to individuals with autism and related developmental disorders.
Responsibilities:
- Implement ABA therapy programs under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Work one-on-one with clients to teach and reinforce appropriate behaviors.
- Collect and record data on client progress.
- Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to develop and adjust treatment plans.
- Maintain a positive and supportive environment for clients and their families.
Requirements:
- Current RBT certification.
- Experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disorders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow behavior intervention plans and collect accurate data.
- Reliable transportation to travel to client locations in Alamo, CA.
