We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Fallbrook, CA. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to individuals with autism and other developmental disorders.
Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in various settings, including homes, schools, and community environments
- Document and track client progress through accurate data collection
- Collaborate effectively with a diverse and supportive multidisciplinary team
Requirements:
- Must hold a valid RBT certification
- Previous experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disorders is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the Fallbrook, CA area
