ProCare Therapy is working with a charter school seeking a Registered Behavioral Tech (RBT) to work full time for the school year in the Oakland, CA area. The RBT Behavior Specialist will work at 1 k-5 school assisting the current staff and administration with students needing behavior support throughout the school day! The Oakland, CA area RBT job requires experience with behavior intervention and needs a candidate to have an RBT certification in California or experience in schools to be considered. This position pays weekly every Friday and will be for the remainder of the school year!

Overview:

• 37.5 hours a week, k-5 charter school 
• 1 on 1 support of students during the school day 
• duties include: behavior intervention, support staff and students
• start immediately, 1-2 weeks from a job offer 
• weekly pay every Friday

Work Schedule:

• Monday-Friday 
• school hours only: 8- 3:30 pm 

Qualifications:

• certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) 
• experience in schools prior or with school aged children
• able to start within 2 weeks of a job offer
• comfortable working onsite
