Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one support for a high-needs behavioral student.
• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques.
• Address elopement, extreme emotional responses, and acting out behaviors.
• Collaborate with special education staff and the student's support team.
• Create and maintain a safe and structured learning environment.
• Offer support during crisis situations.

Requirements:

• RBT certification or extensive experience working with students with high behavioral needs.
• Comfortable dealing with physically emotive students and runners.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles.
• Recent experience in a school or educational setting.
• Ability to intervene effectively in crisis situations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
