I am currently interviewing for a Part-Time Middle School Psychologist in the Round Lake, IL area. This part-time position will work a total of 2.5 days which can be flexible with your schedule for the complete 2019-2020 academic school year. This Part-Time Middle School Psychologist will provide psychological services to 1 middle school with an average case load. The job responsibilities are as follows:

• Provide therapeutic intervention for students with social/emotional needs

• Perform case management for 504 Plans

• Perform in a leadership capacity with RTI and PBIS teams

• Conduct universal screening, progress monitoring and individual assessments

• Lead school in data collection, aggregation and analysis

• Participate and provide leadership in Tier 2 grade level teams

• Facilitate Tier 3 problem solving teams

• Participate in fidelity monitoring of universal screenings, bench-marking and interventions

• Develop and deliver staff development

• Complete case study evaluations and facilitate eligibility/entitlement determinations

• Conduct and lead Functional Behavioral Assessment process

• Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans

• Resource and referral with community-based agencies

• Crisis management

We are looking to bring this Part-Time Middle School Psychologist on board immediately, and we will consider a strong new graduate. To be qualified for this position you must have the following:

• Master's Degree from accredited college or university

• Professional Educator License with School Psychologist Endorsement

• Demonstrated leadership capabilities

• Efficient time management and organizational skills

• Ability to demonstrate initiative, problem-solving skills and flexibility

• Strong counseling capabilities

• Expertise in all facets of RTI and PBIS

• Proficient with assessment, data collection and evaluation processes

• Ability to lead data-based decision making and problem solving at the building, grade and individual student level

• Ability to collaborate with all stakeholders within the educational community

• Competence with IDEA rules/regulations and IL procedural requirement s
