ProCare Therapy, a leading provider of educational and therapeutic services, is in search of a committed Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in the Pittsburgh, PA area. This role focuses on aiding K-12 students.
Responsibilities:
- Execute behavior plans outlined by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Offer personalized support and maintain precise progress records
- Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to ensure consistent strategy application
Required Qualifications:
- RBT certification is a must
- Previous experience in educational or clinical settings with children or adolescents
- Exceptional communication, teamwork, and interpersonal abilities are vital
