ProCare Therapy is a prominent provider of educational and therapeutic services, seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) near Pittsburgh, PA, dedicated to supporting students from Kindergarten to 12th grade.
Responsibilities of the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Role:
- Implement behavior plans directed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Provide targeted support and maintain accurate progress records
- Collaborate closely with educators, therapists, and families for consistent strategy implementation
Qualifications Required for the Position:
- RBT certification is mandatory
- Prior experience in educational or clinical settings working with children or adolescents
- Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills are essential
