ProCare Therapy, a leading provider of educational and therapeutic services, seeks a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) near Pittsburgh, PA, to support students from Kindergarten to 12th grade.
Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior plans as prescribed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Provide one-on-one or small group support, collect data, and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families for consistent strategy implementation
Qualifications:
- RBT certification required
- Prior experience in educational or clinical settings with children or adolescents
- Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
