Job Title: Full-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - School-Based
Location: Coronado, CA
Duration: Now through the End of the School Year
Are you passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of students with diverse learning needs? We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Coronado, CA, for a full-time position until the end of the school year.
Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
- Provide one-on-one support to students with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities.
- Collect and record data on student progress during intervention sessions.
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure consistency in implementing behavior support strategies.
Qualifications:
- RBT certification is required.
- Experience working with children in a school setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to follow behavior intervention plans accurately.
- Commitment to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
