ProCare Therapy is actively searching for a qualified Registered Behavior Technician near Discovery Bay, California that is seeking to join one of our trusted school districts for the 2023 school year. At ProCare Therapy our mission is to make life better for those who make lives better. Job Description

• Full time
• 37.5-40 hours per week
• ASAP-June 2023 (Will renew for summer and the '23-'24 school year)
• Caseload: high school
• 8:30am-3:30pm
• M-F
• 1:1 with high school student

Job Requirements

• Must Have RBT certification
• Must have experience working with students with disabilities
• Must have experience with intensive, aggressive behavior
• Must be able to pass a drug and background check

Interview Process

• 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Recruiter
• 20-30 minute virtual/in-person interview with school district
• Offer is typically within 24 hours of virtual interview

As a ProCare employee, you will be paid on a weekly basis through direct deposit. Your hourly rate will be dependent upon your experience and education.
