We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Stockton, CA. As an RBT, you will play a crucial role in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to individuals with autism and other developmental disorders.
Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in various settings, including homes, schools, and community environments
- Collect and record data on client progress
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and effective treatment
Requirements:
- Must hold a valid RBT certification
- Previous experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disorders is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the Stockton, CA area
