We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in the Hoosick Falls, NY area. As an RBT, you will have the rewarding opportunity to work one-on-one with students, helping them achieve their full potential and fostering their growth.
Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one support and applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to students with autism and other developmental disabilities.
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
• Record and maintain accurate data on student progress and behavior.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills as an RBT.

Qualifications:

• Must hold a valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
