Details:
- Full time contract for the remainder of the current school year and extended school year
- This position offers high likelihood for annual renewal
- This is a one-on-one position working with a 4th grade student with behavioral and deregulation challenges
- Responsibilities include:
- implementing behavior intervention strategies established by the BCBA
- helping student stay on task throughout the school day
- connecting with student to learn triggers and how to avoid potentially disruptive behaviors
- monitoring and recording progress
- Requirements:
- RBT certification
- experience working with behaviorally challenged individuals, preferably in a school-based setting
- preferred candidate will have the ability to effectively bond with the student to earn their trust and ensure efficacy of therapeutic interventions
