Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Aid

Responsibilities:
As a Behavior Technician, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct support to students with behavioral challenges, utilizing applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques and strategies.
- Implementing individualized behavior plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or behavior specialist.
- Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and other school staff to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collecting and analyzing data to monitor student progress and making data-driven decisions to modify intervention strategies as needed.
- Supporting students in developing social skills, self-regulation, and independence.
Qualifications:
- A valid RBT certification preferred
- A solid understanding and practical application of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles.
- Strong organizational and data collection skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and follow directions from supervising professionals.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on students' lives.
