Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) | San Rafael, CA

ProCare Therapy is currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in San Rafael, CA. As an RBT, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related developmental disabilities. You will work collaboratively with a team of professionals, including Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), to implement individualized treatment plans and provide direct therapy services.

Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans and instructional programs developed by BCBAs.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to clients in school, home, or community settings.
• Collect and record data on client progress, behavior, and treatment goals.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other team members to ensure consistent implementation of interventions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

• Must hold a current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, special education, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities is highly desired.
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation to commute to various client locations in San Rafael, CA.
