Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
St Paul, MN – 23/24 School Year
Our schools are looking for a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team and make a positive impact on students' lives through behavior support.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Full time
Caseload: K-12
Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
- Provide one-on-one behavior support to students, including those with Autism.
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding student progress and strategies for behavior management.
Qualifications:
- RBT certification is required.
- Experience working with students with behavior challenges is required.
- Prior school experience
