Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) | Vincent, AL

Soliant Education is looking for a passionate Registered Behavior Technician for a school-based contract position in Vincent, AL. This is a full-time position working 1:1 with a Middle School student.

To be considered for this position, you must be a Registered Behavior Technician licensed through the BACB. More details provided below:
 

• Start Date: March 20, 2023
• End Date: May 25, 2023
• Days per Week: 5
• Hours per Week: 30-35
• Caseload: 1:1 with Middle School Student

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or Related Field
• Licensed as a Registered Behavior Technician
• New Grads Welcome
• Bilingual in Spanish is a Plus
• Crisis Intervention Training Preferred

Responsibilities:

• Provide Skilled Instruction, and Behavior Reduction Protocols to students with Autism, Emotional, Learning, and Behavioral Developmental Disabilities
• Collect Data on Programs, Assist with Staff Training, and Assist with Assessments as Needed
• Assist with Skill Acquisition and Behavioral Assessments
