What You'll Be Doing: As our BCBA, you'll be the go-to person supporting 4-5 of our incredible teachers. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, includes crafting and implementing behavior intervention plans, conducting functional behavior assessments, and generally being a rockstar in the world of behavior analysis.
