Soliant is working with a school district in San Francisco, California to hire an Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full time position. We are looking to hire a qualified candidate as soon as possible.



 Job Requirements:

• Master's Level Degree In any of these fields: School/Education Psychology, Behavior, Special Education, Or similar field.
• Must Hold a National BCBA Certification Job Summary:
• Full Time Onsite
• 2023- 2024 School Year
• K-12 - TBD

Responsibility:

• Provides clinical and educational support for individual students, responsible for educational/clinical training and measuring individual team member performance
• Provides training and support to Education Coordinators and Teachers in the development of Functional Analysis Assessments and Behavior Intervention Plans
• Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and adjust intervention plans as needed
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and behavior goals
